Moms Lion King Experience

This is my 1st entry and it couldn't have came at a better time. I woke up this morning reading "Blood in my Eye" by George Jackson.

While reading, a line jumped off the page and implanted itself in my brains memory bank. The line read "If you're not building, then you are decaying."

I know each day I must constantly push myself to be better than the previous day. Some days are harder than others but I'll still push on.

Truthfully I don't know how to quit pushing on, a characteristic passed down from my hardworking mother. So with that said, I'm honored to have my mother as the first post of KC and Proud.
