Philly Corn Liquor

When someone mentions Philadelphia these are the top 5 things I think about.

1. Will Smith

2. Randall Cunningham's Eagles

3. Beanie Sigel

4. Rocky's old ass running up the steps to Liberty Bell

5. Cheese Steaks

After spending my Halloween weekend in Philly, I have bumped Rocky and Beanie Sigel to add Corn Liquor and Mural Art to my top 5 things that make me think about Philly.
This bleach bottle of corn liquor cost 40 bucks and its worth every penny. My night of festivities began by taking a double shot of 'CORN' as the host referred to it and it went down smoother than a glass of apple juice. Shocked that the corn was so smooth I instantly turned into the self proclaimed Corn Liqour spokesman. I was telling everyone around me how smooth the CORN goes down the hatch and how it's so much better than Patron etc... etc... etc...

Five minutes later the corn started to choreograph Micheal Jackson thriller dance steps in my chest. The liquor felt like it was nervous pace walking through my chest from nipple to nipple. Five more minutes passed, the nervous corn headed towards my stomach, and began a river dance concert in my gut. Needless to say, that was my last shot of corn for the weekend. I'll stay with my Patron.

While riding through the different neighborhoods of Philly I had a chance to appreciate the mural art painted on the sides of dilapidated buildings. The art really brightened up many decaying neighborhoods. What I really like about the art is that people from the neighborhood are used for the murals. If you're ever in town an want to check out the murals there is a tour that runs Monday - Sunday.
